Heat sunflower oil in a wok, add the chicken and cook until tender.
Add the ginger, pepper, leeks and baby sweetcorn pieces, with a couple of tablespoons of water, and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add the mange tout and noodles then toss to mix in with the chicken and vegetables.
Add the lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil and toss again until the noodles are fully coated.
Serve hot for a delicious and quick dinner that will go down well with all the family.
