  • 2 x 340g pack Moy Park Chinese Chicken Wings
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • ½ small carrot, finely chopped
  • strips of spring onion
  • toasted sesame seeds

Method:

Cook the Chinese chicken wings as per pack instructions. Meanwhile make a dipping sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, white wine vinegar and toasted sesame oil. Stir through the spring onion and carrot.

Remove the sticky Chinese wings from the oven, garnish with strips of spring onion and toasted sesame seeds and serve alongside the oriental chilli dipping sauce.

I always used to buy my party foods ready made, but this recipe was so easy and quick, I no longer need to. My guests were very impressed!
